Purchase, delivery and installation of our Superior Walkin tub couldn’t have been any smoother! Todd returned my calls promptly and was able to answer any questions along the way. He was able to recommend a licensed plumber in our area that made the install a breeze. My father is thrilled with the tub and his bathroom has never looked better!

After lots of research online, I ended up buying my tub from Superior walk in tubs for my father. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, not only about their products, but about the industry. They were able to answer ever question I had and made me feel safe in my purchase. My dad loves the tub, and has been able to bathe with out any help. He loves the spa system and says that he feels great after his nightly bath, and has no aches throughout the night.
I was a little skeptical at first, buying such a big product online, but was guaranteed satisfaction by them and when I got the tub, I couldn’t believe how well it was made. I had it installed by a plumber I had been using for years, and he was equally impressed, and loved how easy it was to install. He said everything came ready to go, and just had to drill in the fixtures. I’ve been using it, at least once a day, and relieves all my aches and pains.
Called up Superior Walk In Tubs, looking to find out pricing and get some help on how the whole process works. I wanted to replace my old tub I had in my bathroom, and stick in one of these walk in tubs. I thought they would be good for me, as I am getting older, and it’s getting hard to step over the wall of the regular tub. Brian, one of the salesmen there, helped me figure out which tub to get, ended up getting a 30×54 with air and water jets(love them). He assured me it would be at my house with in 5-7 days and it got there in 5. When my plumber saw the tub he had a question or two, called Brian, and got the answers right away. The tub was installed that day, and looks great. Its so nice to be able to relax in the tub at night before I go to bed.

I got my tub from Superior Walk in Tubs. I spoke with Todd who helped me choose a tub. It was hard to find the right tub for me as I am 6’6″ but he told me about their 47″ high tub, which is the one I ended up getting. He told me all about air and water jets, which I ended up getting after speaking with him. He also helped me to get the tub installed, as they did have an installer right by me in Orlando. The tub was installed the same day i got the tub, which was only 5 days after I ordered. Now that I have it I love it, it really helps me with my aches and pains, and helps me to get through the day, in less pain than I’ve had in years. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
