Bought the tub for my mom, was very easy to buy online, just chose my options and bought it on a credit card. Tub came about 6 days later and was installed by a friend who is in construction. My mom loves the tub, and it’s just like having a hot tub in the bathroom.

I did alot of research online before deciding on a walk in bathtub. I didn’t see too much difference between the tubs and found that many were very similar. I actually called the number listed on the Walk In Tub product site on sams club and found out it was the manufacturer of the tub that i had called. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions about the tub. After speaking with them, i felt pretty good about the tub, and with the safety i get from Sam’s Club i ended up buying that day. I received the tub, and soon after a plumber i had used in the past installed the tub. I had the tub in my house and installed with in 7 days of me ordering the tub. I got the tub with air jets, and love it. Every night i take a bath now, and the air jets make it soo soothing, it really feels like going to a spa every night.
I’m wondering what brand did you buy from Sam’s club? Was there a problem getting it in through the existing bathroom door? Was yours a replacement for a regular tub? I have an existing whirlpool acrylic tub, but would like a walk in with builtin seat.
