I purchased my Walk In Tub from Independent Home’s Wisconsin dealer. He was very helpful and explained to me why the tub was right for me, and which tub i should purchase. He explained the differences of all the jetting systems and other options of the tub, and never pressured me into a sale. I bought it from them a week later, after checking out other companies, such as premier, who i had to let set an appointment in my house, and was more than double the price. I ended up buying the tub with the air jets, and had it shipped to my house and installed, within 7 days of ordering the tub. The install was done great and i have been enjoying my tub ever since. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
I am an older man with arthritis and back pain all the time. It was getting tough for me to get in and out of my tub, and decided i needed to do something about it. I am lucky, my kids are very good with the internet and found a few companies that had the walk in tubs. I’m old fashioned and like to see things before i buy, I don’t trust this buying on the internet thing. I found Independent Home had a dealer right outside of buffalo and went to see it. I bought my tub at the local dealer, after being able to sit in it and see how it works. Just from seeing and feeling the tub, i could tell that the quality was great. The tub was ordered right away and i got it 4 days later. I had a plumber install it, which took about 6 hours, they had also removed my old tub and fixed up some tiling. I’ve been using it every day since, and with the air and water jet mix, my back feels great after bathing. I LOVE THIS TUB and would definitely buy again.

I bought a Celebrity Model “soaker” tub from Independent Home. The tub is everything I need and it’s very nice to be able to get in and out of this bathtub without needing some help from my wife. My only regret is not listening to Independent Home about the air jets, which I should have gotten, otherwise the tub is great.
I would definitely recommend this tub to others, but I would recommend a jetting system too.
The tub is working well. My father has decided that he prefers the showering capability since it takes a while for the tub to fill up in the bath. It is great that he can easily get in and out on his own and that he can sit comfortably. It used to take nearly an hour for his bath, now it’s about 15 minutes!

Tub came quick and the company helped my plumber with all of his questions. Install went well and we are very happy. Hope to not have to call the company for another bathtub again but I would recommend them.
I’ve never had such a great experience purchasing something online. The staff understood exactly what my needs were and after that helped me pick out the perfect tub. The tub was delivered and installed the next day. I reccomended them to my neighbor and she purchased one a couple of weeks later.
