I was helping my mother find a Walk In Tub. She has not been able to get into a bathtub for more than two years. It was very important to us to see the tub before we made a decision to go ahead and purchase. Chicago Walk in Tubs has a showroom with several models on display. My mother was able to get into each one. Every Walk In Tub is different. We found one that was the most comfortable for her. the salesman was knowledgable, courteious, and low pressure. They also did the installation. The installers were very professional and left our bathroom looking great. They even installed a couple of grab bars for us. My only complaint is that it took three weeks for the tub to be shipped. But our experience with the salesman and the installers was great. I highly recommend them.
Did she have to be in the tub before she filled it and have to sit in the tub and wait for it to drain??
